The house has five bedrooms; the large Bedroom 1 on the ground floor contains choice of a superking (6') bed or 2 singles . Bedroom 2 has a double, bedroom 3 has 4 singles. Bedroom 4 is a double with ensuite, bedroom 5 has a double and a single which can moved to the area outside bedroom 3 or used in any of the other bedrooms if preferred Cots available on request. All the bedrooms are large and airy.
The Bathroom
The large family bathroom on the ground floor contains a shower, washbasin, toilet. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.. The second bathroom is on the first floor. Bedroom 4 on the first floor has en-suite facilities, comprising shower, toilet, hand washbasin. Baby bath available on request and other items available on request.
The Kitchen
Guests regularly comment that this is well equipped. Ample dishes, cutlery, glasses and utensils are provided. Equipment includes: electric oven, gas hob, electric toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, ample cupboard space, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board are situated in the utility room next to the bathroom on the ground floor. outside washing line, pegs, plastic clothes airer.
The Pool
The private HEATED swimming pool is 10m x 5m, 1m deep at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. It is not shared. Pool heated beginning of May to end of September. Garden furniture is provided. The large barbeque is a permanent feature, complete with utensils.
