Once the holiday dates and price have been agreed by the client and the owners, a booking form and a copy of the conditions will be sent by email or by post to the client. The completed booking form is to be returned together with a holding deposit of £200 per week booked as soon as possible; this secures the booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be returned if the property is re-booked for those weeks.
On receipt of the deposit, the owners will send an invoice/receipt by email or by post to the client. The balance is to be paid eight weeks before the start of the holiday No reminder is sent unless the final payment is late.
A £200 security deposit is added to the final balance. This is returned in full provided there has been no damage to the property during the let and provided that it is left clean and in good order.

Les Garnes is a very spacious 5 bedroomed house with a private pool (heated from May to September) accommodating up to 12 guests plus infants. There are 3 double beds, 7 singles plus a bed settee in the lounge. The house and the grounds, including the pool, are private; none of the facilities are shared
La Maison Blanche is a 4/5 bedroomed house sleeping up to 10 guests plus infants. The ground floor bedroom1; choice of superking [6'] or 2 singles. plus additional single bed on request. Bedroom2, ground floor; double beds plus bunk beds. There is also a bed settee in the day room in the conservatory if required. The house and all the grounds, including the pool, are private; none of the facilities are shared.
Two bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests plus infants. Bedroom 1 has a choice or either a superking [6'] bed or 2 singles, and a set of bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Cots and highchairs available on request. The living accommodation is all on one level. The private pool (heated from May to September) is situated in the garden at the rear of the house. The snooker and pool tables are situated below the 'bungalow'; this area is accessed via a staircase. Table tennis is outside. The house and the grounds, including the pool, are private; none of the facilities are shared.
