Quality Holiday Accommodation in Western France

Book your self-catering holiday in a lovely French Gite with a 33 foot private HEATED swimming pool and large gardens.

We have a selection of individual rural COTTAGES and VILLAS for rent, with 2, 3,4 or 5 bedrooms, each with a 10m PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL and LARGE PRIVATE GARDENS. Each property is a private holiday home with a range of modern conveniences, such as a washing machine and dishwasher, within a short driving distance of a choice of shops and tourist attractions. The properties are within a few kilometres of one another so that extended families and friends could stay independently yet be fairly close at hand for outings and socialising.

Les Garnes
Spacious 5 bedroomed villa, sleeping up to 13 plus infants, set in an acre of private enclosed grounds. It has a private, secure HEATED secure 10m [33 foot] pool (heated from Easter to October), with a shaded terrace one side and decking for soaking up the sunshine at the other. Located about 50km from those fabulous west coast beaches and La Rochelle.

Les Tournesols
Large 5 bedroomed extended farmhouse sleeping up to 12 plus infants , with private, secure HEATED 10m pool, set in a large enclosed private garden. This property is just 20 minutes from beaches such as la Tranche-sur-mer.

Les Moullieres
Delightful 2 bedroomed cottage sleeping up to 6 plus infants with a private, enclosed HEATED secure 10m pool, (heated from April to October)surrounded by private gardens and a private woodland. Optional additional bedroom and bathroom available from 2009. Located about 50km from popular west coast beaches and La Rochelle.

Booking Information and Prices

Once the holiday dates and price have been agreed by the client and the owners, a booking form and a copy of the conditions will be sent by email or by post to the client. The completed booking form is to be returned together with a holding deposit of £200 per week booked as soon as possible; this secures the booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will only be returned if the property is re-booked for those weeks.

On receipt of the deposit, the owners will send an invoice/receipt by email or by post to the client. The balance is to be paid eight weeks before the start of the holiday No reminder is sent unless the final payment is late.

A £200 security deposit is added to the final balance. This is returned in full provided there has been no damage to the property during the let and provided that it is left clean and in good order.

Les Garnes 2008 Price range £550 to £1695 Changeover day Saturday (negociable out of season)

Les Garnes is a very spacious 5 bedroomed house with a private pool (heated from April to October) accommodating up to 13 guests plus infants. There are 3 double beds, 7 singles plus a bed settee in the lounge. The house and the grounds, including the pool, are private; none of the facilities are shared
